Start with two people and one queue
Starter has a two-seat minimum and costs $24 per agent per month on monthly billing, or $19 per agent per month billed annually. A two-agent team pays $48 monthly, or $456 upfront for a year. Taxes are additional. Owners count as paid agents.
Keep useful habits lightweight
Use tags for product areas, private notes for engineering context, and saved replies for common setup questions. Give each conversation one owner. Basic assignment rules can route a billing inbox to the person who owns billing without requiring an advanced plan.
Know when to move to Growth
Choose Growth when you need round-robin routing, business-hours rules, SLA reports, or Shopify order lookup. Growth is $49 per agent per month on monthly billing or $39 on annual billing, with a three-seat minimum. Slack notifications are already included on Starter.
Try before adding a subscription
The Growth trial lasts 14 days and supports up to 10 agents, with no credit card required. SAML SSO and custom roles are Scale features and are not included in the trial. Trial data is deleted 30 days after trial expiry if no paid subscription begins.
