Billing cycles and payments
Monthly subscriptions charge at the start of each monthly period. Annual subscriptions charge for 12 months upfront at the annual per-agent rate. Subscriptions renew automatically. Payment is by major credit or debit card; invoicing, bank transfers, and purchase orders are not supported. There is no free forever plan.
Adding seats or changing plans
Added seats and upgrades take effect immediately and create a prorated charge for the remaining billing term. Seat reductions and plan downgrades take effect at the next renewal, with no midterm credit. Seats cannot drop below the minimum: two for Starter, three for Growth, five for Scale.
Cancellation and refunds
The Owner can cancel in Settings → Billing before renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and retains paid access until the current term ends. Payments, including annual payments, are non-refundable except where required by law. There is no general 30-day money-back guarantee.
Export before access ends
Export conversation data before the paid term ends. After the paid term ends, workspace access stops; workspace data is retained for 30 days before deletion from active systems. Backups may retain deleted data for up to 35 additional days. A failed payment has a seven-day grace period, after which access is suspended. Trial expiry has a separate 30-day read-only period.
