MCP access for your assistant
The fictional MCP integration includes five read tools on Growth and Scale. Scale adds an internal private-note tool. Starter and the 14-day Growth trial do not include MCP access. No extra RelayDesk fee applies; assistant subscriptions are separate. There is no live server on this demo site.
Included across all paid plans
Unlimited shared inboxes and stored conversations, private notes, saved replies, tags, collision detection, Slack notifications, CSV report exports, email support, and the standard Owner, Admin, and Agent roles. There is no free observer role or native mobile app.
Starter versus Growth
Starter has five simple assignment rules and 90 days of report history. Growth has 50 advanced rules, round-robin routing, business-hours conditions, SLA reports, Shopify integration, and 24 months of report history. Both can connect Slack. Shopify is not available as a Starter add-on.
Growth versus Scale
Scale adds SAML SSO, custom roles, and a 365-day audit log. Both have the same 50-rule limit, 24-month report history, Shopify support, and one-business-day support response target. Scale does not add telephone support or a dedicated account manager.
Plan boundaries
Starter requires at least two seats; Growth three; Scale five. The Growth trial includes up to 10 agents but does not include Scale-only features. HIPAA compliance, voice calling, automated customer replies, and custom data residency are unavailable on every plan.
