Data the fictional product processes
RelayDesk processes account names and email addresses, workspace settings, customer conversation content, and basic usage events. A payment processor handles payment details; RelayDesk does not store full payment card numbers. Workspace owners determine what customer content their team submits.
Purpose and sharing
Data is used to deliver support inboxes, administer accounts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security. Customer conversation content is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Hosting and payment processors receive data needed to provide their services. No named subprocessors or data processing agreement are provided by this demo.
Location and retention
Primary data and backups are hosted in the United States. Active subscriptions retain stored conversations until an authorised user deletes them or the service ends. After a paid term ends, workspace data is retained for 30 days before deletion from active systems. Backups may retain deleted data for up to 35 additional days. Unconverted trial data is deleted 30 days after trial expiry.

Fictional privacy requests go to privacy@relaydesk.example. The product uses essential session cookies and no advertising cookies. This demonstration website loads a third-party SlateCX chat widget from embed.slatecx.com on every page. Opening this site requests that third-party script. Messages entered into the widget are handled by SlateCX and the site operator. The widget may use cookies or browser storage; its exact retention, tracking, and processing practices are not documented here. Do not submit sensitive personal information into this test chat. No functional account or privacy request service is provided here.
