The fictional MCP integration includes five read tools on Growth and Scale. Scale adds an internal private-note tool. Starter and the 14-day Growth trial do not include MCP access. No extra RelayDesk fee applies; assistant subscriptions are separate. There is no live server on this demo site.

$24 per agent per month billed monthly, or $19 per agent per month billed annually. Minimum two seats. Includes unlimited inboxes, private notes, saved replies, five simple assignment rules, Slack notifications, CSV exports, and 90 days of report history. Annual billing for two agents is $456 upfront.
Growth · for a growing operation
$49 per agent per month billed monthly, or $39 per agent per month billed annually. Minimum three seats. Adds up to 50 advanced rules, round-robin routing, business-hours conditions, Shopify order lookup, SLA reports, and 24 months of report history. Annual billing for three agents is $1,404 upfront.
Scale · for more control
$89 per agent per month billed monthly, or $69 per agent per month billed annually. Minimum five seats. Includes Growth plus SAML SSO, custom roles, and a 365-day audit log. Annual billing for five agents is $4,140 upfront. SSO setup assistance is included; a dedicated account manager is not.
Before you subscribe
The 14-day Growth trial allows up to 10 agents and needs no credit card. There is no free forever plan. Every active member, including owners and administrators, uses a paid seat. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Annual payments are non-refundable except where required by law. See Billing and cancellation for details.
