MCP access for your assistant
The fictional MCP integration includes five read tools on Growth and Scale. Scale adds an internal private-note tool. Starter and the 14-day Growth trial do not include MCP access. No extra RelayDesk fee applies; assistant subscriptions are separate. There is no live server on this demo site.
A shared home for email and chat
Connect a support email address and receive conversations in a shared queue. Web chat conversations can enter the same workspace in the fictional product. All plans include unlimited inboxes, private notes, saved replies, tags, collision detection, and unlimited stored conversations while the subscription remains active.
Structure that grows with you
Starter includes simple assignment rules. Growth and Scale add advanced automation with up to 50 active rules per workspace, round-robin routing, business-hours rules, and SLA reporting. Scale includes SAML SSO, custom roles, and a 365-day audit log.
Connect customer context
Slack notifications are available on all paid plans. Shopify order lookup requires Growth or Scale. Neither integration sends replies automatically. RelayDesk does not include native WhatsApp, SMS, voice calling, or an AI answering agent.
